Gold models are 3D printed using a complex five-step process. First, the model is printed in wax using a specialized high-resolution 3D printer. It is then put in a container where liquid plaster is poured in around it. When the plaster sets, the wax is melted out in a furnace, and the remaining plaster becomes the mold.
Molten Gold is poured into this mold and set to harden. The plaster is broken away, revealing your jewel. The product is then carefully cleaned and hand-polished to give it the trademark Gold luster.

These jewels are made of 14k solid gold. I chose this material for my brand because it is as eternal as love these jewels represent.
Material composition:
14k Yellow Gold consists of 58% Gold, 31% Copper, 10% Silver, and 1% Zinc.
14k Rose Gold consists of 58% Gold, 40% Copper, 1% Silver, and 1% Zinc.
14k White Gold consists of 58% Gold, 24% Copper, 9% Zinc, and 9% Nickel.
In my e-store you will find sizes from 3 to 9. If you do not fall within these do not worry, contact me and I will be able to make the ring for you of any size.
In the future I would like to be able to offer more finishing or material options. Please contact me and I'll make you a personalized quotation by making your jewel in 18k yellow gold or platinum.
At the moment I ship to U.S., E.U. but I am more than happy to discuss a shipment outside these areas, please contact me. I hope in the future to expand my shipped all over the world.
The estimated shipping date is based on the selected shipping method. Shipping dates are based on business days and they do not include weekends and holidays. I do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
Please note that the delivery time estimates do not include production times (about 2-3 weeks), they are strictly estimates that indicate how long your package may take to arrive after it ships. Actual delivery time will depend on international customs and your local postal service. *If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, or you have additional questions regarding shipping, please contact me.

You will receive an email to the email address linked to your order account as soon as your order is shipped. This email will contain a tracking code you can use to check the current status of your shipment.
Please note that carriers only pick up orders on business days and it may take a couple of hours for the status to update online. If you order was shipped on Saturday, you will be able to see a status change on Monday evening the earliest.
Each customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to international shipments. GWUMM has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services

I can change your shipping address for you until your item is packed for shipping. It best to contact immediately to avoid any delays.

If this is your first order, or if you havenât saved any of your payment information in the past, I'll ask you to fill out your credit card details (card number, expiration date, security code), and youâll have an option to save this information to make checking out faster next time too.
PayPal:
When checking out via PayPal, GWUMM will redirect you to the PayPal site to complete your payment information once your order has been placed.
Please note: if youâre having any trouble with your payment, itâs best to contact your bank first to see if theyâre blocking the purchase before contacting me. If your bank determines thereâs nothing blocking the purchase on their end, please donât hesitate to reach out to me.
Subscribers to my newsletter and other customers who follow me on social media often receive discount codes. In order to redeem your discount, simply add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. In the checkout page, you will see an option to enter your gift card or discount code. Only one discount code can be used at a time.
Please check for any typos in the email address entered in your order. The email may have been sent to your spam / junk / promotion folder. Look into these folders and find the email. You can also search for me email address 'info@gwumm.com' and hopefully it will show up in the results. Mark my domain as âNot Spamâ in your email service.
If you are having issues redeeming your discount, you may have entered the wrong promotional code or your code may have expired. Please make sure you write the promotional code in the exact same way it was given to you, without any spaces. If your promotional code is not working, please contact me to resolve the issue.
At this time, only one promotional code may be used at a time.
If you have already placed your order, but you selected the wrong product or want to change the size or finishes, please contact me as soon as possible.
If you for some reason have a change of heart and want to cancel your order, make sure to get in touch with me as soon as possible so that I can cancel the order before it has been printed. Unfortunately, I cannot cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.
Once your order has been submitted, I immediately begin to process your items. Due to the nature of these orders and the work invested in creating these items, if you would like to cancel or return a order, the restocking fee is 15% percent of the total amount of the item.
Please keep in mind that any modifications made after your order has been submitted might delay your delivery date.
If you for some reason have a change of heart and want to cancel your order, make sure to get in touch with me as soon as possible so that I can cancel the order before it has been printed. Unfortunately, I cannot cancel an order that has already printed or shipped. Once your order has been submitted, I immediately begin to process your items. Due to the nature of these orders and the work invested in creating items, if you would like to cancel or return a order, the restocking fee is 15% percent of the total amount of the item. Please keep in mind that any design modifications made after your order has been submitted might delay your delivery date.
Your jewelry will be shipped in a beautiful top leatherette lined gift box, with a high-end velvet insert that elegantly displays your jewelry.
f you have not received a shipping notification, this means your order is still in production.
Please note that the production time for your jewelry is around 3-4 weeks.

All of my jewelry is handmade polished. I take quality very seriously and check every item closely before shipping. If I might have missed something in your jewel or it might have somehow happened on the way to you please take a few moments to contact me and send me a photo of where it broke with your order number and a short description, and I will suggest the best and quickest solution. It would be very helpful for me to understand the cause and to make sure that you have a perfect one in your hands.
